I was charged on January 18. renewal of All In One SEO Pack plugin usage. But I don't want to use it anymore. I am not using it for some time now.
I am pretty sure I canceled Semper Plugins' preapproved payment. I even checked the day before in my PayPal under active subscriptions and it wasn't there.
Please refund my payment as I don't want to use plugin anymore.
I sent email via the contact and to your Paypal email but with no response.

Thank you for the complement.
That Schema markup is not coming from our plugin. We currently don't output any markup for aggregateRating. You would need to identify what's outputting that markup on your site and contact the developers.

I see that you are using our plugin on many sites so, in accordance with our policy (https://semperplugins.com/faqs.....n-refunds/), we cannot issue you a refund.
You also appear to be using the license key on more sites than you are allowed under our license. You have a license for ten sites only so please ensure you remove the plugin from any sites over ten or upgrade to an Agency License.

Those are not tags, that's called breadcrumbs and it's something your theme may be outputting. It's not coming from our plugin. We plan on adding Schema markup for breadcrumbs in a future release.
SEO titles and descriptions may be used by Google as the title and description of your post or page in search results. Google doesn't always use them and they decide this on a per search basis. See our article about this here - https://semperplugins.com/docu.....h-results/
SEO keywords are no longer used by search engines, Google stopped using them over ten years ago. This is why they are disabled by default in All in One SEO Pack (https://semperplugins.com/docu.....-settings/).

Those are activated sites from when I still used All In One SEO Pack. But I don't want to use it anymore. It doesn't matter if they are still activated. You just cancel the license and refund.
Also in correspondence with your team member Arnaud Broes I was granted Agency license so I should also have Agency license and not Business.

I accepted this offer. So you charge me for renewal which I don't want, and you even don't deliver your own offer which I accepted and it says it is valid for following years.

Yes. I am looking forward to adding the breadcrumb feature into it. Google started complaining to us on many of the sites we run your plugin on and some of the customers were wanting to switch over to Yoast.
Do you know how close you are to having this update avail? We thought about doing some modding to help compensate for it but I wanted to touch base with you folks and see where its at .

Hi Mattocks,
I don't know why Google would be complaining. I've not heard of any issues and we run our plugin on all our own site and haven't had any complaints from Google.
We tentatively have Schema structured data markup for breadcrumbs assigned to the next major release and breadcrumbs on the front end of sites assigned to the major release after that.

I get a 403 Forbidden error when I go directly to any image which points to a server permissions issue. We can't help with a 403 error because it's a server error so your hosting company has to resolve that.

Dear support!
We purchased the pro version to have the video sitemap feature. Now when I switch it on on our site it tells me that "Your sitemap has been created with content and images. Changes are automatically submitted to search engines."
But when I click on the Klick hier um view your XML sitemap there is no sitemap but just a 404.
Does this mean that the plugin did not find the embedded videos on my site?
I want it to find the embedded videos in our posts, right now there are 3 posts live with embedded videos:

Is the embedding somehow not compatible with your plugin?

Hello, we recently turned on the XML sitemap module and it is generating the sitemap.
We do have a minor issue though in that the URLs in the sitemap are including a trailing slash.
Some information which may be pertinent:
- We are using Wordpress in a subdirectory alongside a Magento installation and the FishPig Wordpress Integration plugin.
- All of our canonical URLs are set without the trailing slash E.g.: https://www.fridgefreezerdirec.....atest-news
- We have the Wordpress permalinks set to /%category%/%postname% (note there is no trailing slash)
- The sitemap is generated and can be viewed here: https://www.fridgefreezerdirec....._path=root (view source to see the XML).
- There is this message in the SEOAIO module settings: Dynamic sitemap generation does not appear to be using the correct rewrite rules; please disable any other sitemap plugins or functionality on your site and reset your permalinks. I assume this is because of the Remove Category Url By Valerio Souza, Сreativemotion plugin but I cannot remove this.
- I have, after enabling the XML sitemap module, saved the permalink settings.
Is there a way I can instruct the plugin to remove the trailing slash from the URLs in the sitemap to match our canonicalised URLs?
